Less than four months after the custom coach builder Classic Sports, the officially licensed 1967 Shelby continuation cars GT500CR program was at the SEMA Show 2009 in Las Vegas, the first prototype made its debut in the same city, but with a different attitude.

Details of the reborn supercar is a closely guarded secret, but on 25 February 2010, the first prototype was photographed GT500CR Shelby American in the vicinity of the facility in Las Vegas, before an all-Shelby weekends when car owners and NASCAR fans gathered to celebrate legendary brand in the U.S. NASCAR Racing Shelby GT350.
The GT500CR is the first official 1967 Mustang Shelby continuation cars ever built, and every hand built vehicle is equipped with a 427 cubic inch (7.0 L) engine, model-specific design, custom paint and hand-sewn upholstery.
Everyone has to include an official GT500CR Shelby serial number and badge in the Shelby World Registry. The prototype, which appeared in Las Vegas, the 545-horsepower performance model, with a fuel injected, naturally aspirated engine, Tremec overdrive transmission, modern coil-over suspension with rack and pinion steering, ventilated disc brakes and a modern interior with Carroll Shelby signature handcrafted custom seats, custom Lessons from brushed aluminum trim, five-point belts and much more.
G.T500CR Other models are available with the intro and the beginning of the line, the Venom high performance four-link rear suspension coil-over suspension and a 780 hp supercharged, intercooled engine equipped hand built. Prototypes for the intro and Venom will be introduced shortly.
